As Chief Financial Officer of SKG Capital, he oversees the firm’s financial strategy, portfolio performance monitoring, compliance, and capital structuring—providing disciplined financial stewardship across the platform.

Sam plays a central role in underwriting, transaction execution, lender relations, and long‑term capital planning, supporting both acquisitions and value‑creation initiatives within the portfolio. His experience includes leading complex financing initiatives ranging from $10 million to $100 million, giving him deep expertise in structured finance, debt negotiation, and capital‑markets execution.

Before joining SKG Capital, Sam served in senior roles within the Ministry of Finance, where he led financing programs for commercial, hospitality, and real estate developments. This background provided him with a rigorous foundation in risk management, regulatory compliance, and large‑scale capital allocation—all of which inform his approach to SKG’s financial governance.

His leadership and financial oversight have been instrumental in supporting the firm’s disciplined, long‑term growth and strengthening SKG’s operational and investment infrastructure.
